    You cannot edit your own posts after 48 hours, so that's why you can't edit that one. As for the other thing, I cannot view your permissions so I cannot see why this is happening.

    You both are using the same counter which is giving a 404 error when I try to visit the image by direct link. It appears as though the counter site has updated their image paths, or they are not doing the counters any more.
