I know, during my academic career one of my fields of expertise was a specific segment of occultism called "the left hand path", which some of my subjects liked to call "via sinistra" [emoji16] Kinda sad that I'm not a lefty myself [emoji5]

I'd like to add that resistance readings also get increasingly less accurate the lower one goes, and below .2 ohms even a .01-.02 makes a huge difference.

Any device, manufactured anywhere, has a chance of failing within 90 days of being put into service. Chinese devices aren't some special case here. Some Chinese manufacturers put a lot of effort into producing quality devices, others don't.

I checked my European dealer, and while the prices have come down from when I last checked there's still a considerable difference (3.99€ for a Samsung 30q vs 6.45€ for a Sanyo 20700b, the 20700a doesn't seem to be available at them).
I check Mooch's tests regularly, but the Ijoys have the...
There aren't t really all that many options in 20700 batteries yet (and even less in 21700s), they're significantly harder to come by, and they're significantly more expensive when they can be found. Other than two Sanyo offerings, are there any other 20700s by the major battery manufacturers...
At 150w you're exceeding the continuous discharge rating of those batteries. 20-amp batteries are good up to about 60w per battery in a regulated mod.

"High quality Stainless Steel material" could refer to the coil housing, not the wire. This has unfortunately been the case more than once with other manufacturers.

If I'm understanding it correctly the Hammer of God has two parallel pairs of 18650s in series, meaning that you have a fully charged voltage of 8.4 and double the amp capability of a single battery (1.5 times the capability to be on the safe side, really). 0.1 ohms is definitely too low. With...
DNA are a series of chipsets/boards made by the company Evolv. Evolv invented and introduced temperature control (with the DNA40), and their boards are regarded as the best and most accurate tc boards on the market. Evolv doesn't manufacture and sell their own mods, instead you'll find many...
Samsung, LG, Sony, or Panasonic/Sanyo, bought from a trusted vendor (there are many fakes out there). Just make sure that the CDR of the batteries in question is sufficient for your needs, and then choose the highest capacity cells you can.
20 amp batteries are good up to about 60w per...
Very few mods today (none that I know of) are actually pass through. Pass through would mean that the batteries are bypassed and you're vaping straight off the USB, and the USB current simply isn't sufficient to for modern atomizers. Vape while charging is the appropriate term. What mods that...
Just a couple of points.
1) the Sony vtc4 is a 20-23 amp battery, not 28. And that's when it's new and unused.
2) those charts are only really applicable to first generation clearos. They're not applicable to coils in general.
3) it's not recommended to use pre-built coil heads on mech mods...
Zinc alloy is by far the most common material regulated mods these days are made of. And aluminium is usually regarded as a premium material, and is arguably tougher.

Finally got my Zeus. A gun metal one, from the Geatbest flash sale. Too early to compare it thoroughly to my Obs Engine and Engine Nano, but I'm definitely liking it. The last atty I got was the SMM, and with the Zeus I've definitely decided that it'll be top airflow tanks only for me from now...
I'm a Finn, we speak sarcasm fluently. However, in writing sarcasm needs to be indicated, which it didn't in that post, not in any way. The poster has yet to confirm that it was a joke. Perhaps you know the poster, and can therefore determine that it was a joke?
