    Batterys question

Up to 50-70% of the cdr used to be the standard with mechs, not 30% above the cdr. No sensible mech user would ever suggest exceeding the cdr. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

Can non-smokers that vape potentially lead to real cigarettes?

You're confusing psychology with psychiatry here. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

    Batterys question

Well that makes a difference. I still wouldn't feel very comfortable running a stacked mech with such a load. Why can't people simply run rigs that will accommodate their builds safely? Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

    Batterys question

What's the cutoff voltage and the chip efficiency? Take those into account and you're almost certainly above 32 amps per cell. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

    Batterys question

Close to 40 amps per battery. Not a good idea. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

    Batterys question

There simply aren't any batteries that will safely let you go up to 228w. Using true 30-amp batteries you're good up to about 180w staying within the cdr, but the battery runtime will be terrible. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

    Looking For A Box Mod

For 220w you'll want at least a three-battery mod. Two 18650s are good up to about 180w (using true 30-amp batteries like the LG hb2), but the runtime will be bad. 120w max is more realistic with two-battery mods, using 20-amp batteries with higher capacity. starting out with rta set up

The mod has no way or knowing what your batteries are capable of so it's fully possible to overstress them. Make sure you don't exceed the cdr of your batteries. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

    Alien 220w TC ?

I love the size, shape, screen, and battery life, but the temperature control is not good. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

Smok Skyhook Box Mod Low Battery Warning

18650s can go down to 2.5-2.7v without taking damage. The Smok Alien will discharge down to 2.8-2.9v before cutoff, so I suspect something similar might be the case with the Skyhook. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

    Looking for a Box mod

According to testing by Djlsb vapes (and Anthony Vapes I believe) it doesn't go above 155w. And sure, it might be a fine vw mod (200+w is asking too much of two 18650s anyway), but the manufacturer is blatantly lying about the capabilities of their product, and in addition they hounded a...

    Looking for a Box mod

Broken temperature control and won't go above 155w. Not the best of choices, unfortunately. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

An Efest battery without a useless pulse rating?

They've proved that they can't be trusted though. In the past they've changed the battery under the wrapper without prior warning so you can't really go by tests of them either. It'll be a long time before they can prove that they are now trustworthy. Personally I doubt that they ever will...

Which brand mod is the best for begginer? I need the best quality mod.

I would hardly call the Evod starter kit one of the best. Some years ago, yes, but not today. Outdated tank (potential problems with overheating of liquid etc), no adjustments of power settings. Something like a Eleaf Pico kit would be much better. Sent from my K6000 Pro using Tapatalk

    Alien baby beast question

What we're the watts at and what battery are you using? Volts in themselves don't mean much, it's important that your amp draw (note! The amp display on the mod doesn't provide any useful information) doesn't exceed the continuous discharge rating of the battery. Sent from my K6000 Pro using...

Formula for finding how much power ( watts ) you can use for 1, 2, 3, 4 Batteries etc

Most mods cut off at around 3.2-3.3v, that's why using 3.2v in amp draw calculations is recommended. The Alien cuts off at around 2.8-2.9v, although there are reports (just a single person though) of some having a higher cutoff. If you have a digital multimeter or a charger that shows the...
