the resistance "ohms" in any conductor, be it a heating coil or a PCB trace will increase with use.
the exception to that rule is a superconductor. any time you have the transfer of energy some energy will be lost to heat. heat will rearrange the molecules in the conductor, this permanently...
The ohms Should go up with use and time.. in theory.
I have heard multiple mvp2 users say the same thing about Ohm readings dropping with use. The only thing I can think of is to retest the coil / 16b on a different mod or with a dedicated ohm reader.
you NEED a DVOM or a mod that can check the resistance of the coils...
there are too many ways this thing can go bad and you would have no way of knowing unless you have a way to check the resistance..
$5.66 2-Post Display Stand Holder w/ Drip Tip Adapter at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
cant seem to find it already in the states, anyone know of a vendor that has it?
sure an ego twist or an ego regulated at 3.7 volts could do the trick. (in that video it was running at 3.8 volts)
sorry and thanks for the offer, but unfortunately im not in the business of selling vape gear.
but im more than happy to show people how to modify the gear for free.. :vapor...
what sort of resistance do you plan on running?
some mods need button or flat top batteries to operate, and some can use both. check the item description for the mod your getting.
other than that, button VS flat top is irrelevant.
no, and here is why.
Example:
if you have a 1 ohm coil, and it uses 17 watts.
and you have a duel coil setup in parallel. and each coil is 1 ohm, (0.5 ohm) then each coil still uses 17 watts.
with the duel coil rig you are pulling twice as many amps as the single coil, but the amps are...
something like a .11 ohm coil is probably multiple coils step in a parallel circuit.
your question is, "what is the point of sub ohming?"
the answer is... MORE vapor, flavor and throat hit.
i have been building my own coils every day for 2 years.
today i made 10 crappy coils all in the name better vaping. on the 11th coil i got the vapor production i was looking for but not the flavor.
still working on it.
don't give up, you might be really close... or not. but you will never...
so you vape 0 nicotine e-liquid?
is it hard to get diluted pharmaceutical grade nicotine from a chemical supply company in japan?
and would it be legal to make e-liquid your self?
you would not be "selling" or "buying" e-liquid. just diluted pharmaceutical grade nicotine.
if "selling" it is...
and you can have that if your willing to pay a lot more.
some people are expecting top quality rigs made to aero-space tolerances for the price of a large pizza and that is just not going to happen.
allow you to slap a larger wick in... more air flow, more wick, more wire = more vapor.
i use a 3 mm silica wick and coil with 2 mm flavor wick on top of that. you could cram that into the coil base but it would really constrict the flow of e-liquid unless you file off about 2 mm from the...
same here.
i like the kanger tanks and coil heads because they are easy to modify. the cheap metal is easy to work with.
if you drill out the air flow holes and file down the chimney (the bottom part that snaps into the coil base) then throw some twisted 30 gauge wire on a 3mm wick with a 2 mm...
ok so i would recommend taking one the flavors your not so fond of, and heating well mixing it up.
you can use a smaller glass cup but you will need eye protection and some oven mitts as well as food thermometer.
e-liquid goes in the pyrex up. water goes in the pan. throw it on the stove on...
30% Distilled H20
is a lot of H20
the water vaporizes at a lower temp it also moves though the wick faster than say PG or VG and this is why you are going through the high water content e-liquid faster.
when i use distilled water i use about 6-12%
12% being the absolute max i would use IMO...
