    Could be the strength of nicotine, your vaping style (swallowing the vapor), or a PG allergy. Just guesses on my end. I would try to start ruling things out. Try lowering your dose of nicotine, and if that doesn't work, then switch to a VG-based eLiquid and see if that helps the situation.. etc...

    What's a Cutoff?

    It is basically a safety feature that is programmed into the eCigarette. If you take too long of a draw, it will cut the power to the atomizer. On some units, there is a pre-programmed "cool down" period where it will completely cut power for a little bit if you hit the cut-off.
