    I am not well versed on the terminology but I think micro refers more to the way the coil is squeezed together rather than the ohms. All the coils are touching in my build. This has been an informative thread for me although the intial purpose was to say: CONGRATULATIONS ON THE NEW REO JEFF!!!

    I use a micro coil with rayon for the most part. Unless I grab the KGD first then it is cotton. I think I do prefer the rayon. I need to try my ReadyXwick one of these days. I also want to go back to twisted coils. My first one lasted about 3 months!
