That was what Mike did to mine. He sanded off the post and put a new brass screw in it. Made a huge difference as mine wouldn't even heat up before that.- JParadise

Drip shields were originally invented to work with 901 attys. The 901 has a hole on the bottom that loves to leak juice. So I tossed that last carto and cleaned out my tank. It had started working a little bit better but after a few pulls still went dry. I think the juice might have been too thick (unsure oif the mix but it's VG heavy). I got a new bullet valve punch (works awesome fyi) and swapped out to a LR... -
