You're not crazy, I don't see them either. Plus for use in a tank, don't you need stainless steel cartos? I believe all the SI ones are paper covered. EDIT: doh I was wrong see below. -

I think I saw that someone posted somewhere they used a dremel with a mini cutting wheel to cut a little slice in the side of their non-punched cartos to use in a tank. -
