Most probably yes, your carto got flange...? If yes then it's the air hole... I give up using carto for the same reason, cannot fill up too full, cannot fill up too less, coz my juice is 50/50 VG/PG, so i always had this problem with keeping it just sufficiently wet...- snooke_master

I mean the DIY juice... Not the DCT, that one shake also no use la... For every premixed 50/50 PG/VG, there's still the flavor liquid... So it's not really that thick... TS mixed his premixed juice with pure 50-50 base, so end up thicker... Chao tah lor....!- snooke_master

When u using Nova, there would be some condensation at the batt connection, same as mine, I think this is very normal cause there an air intake hole at the threaded connection, as long as you don't suck it vertically, with the battery above and the nova below, it won't leak...- snooke_master

You're right bro, i solved the problem, it's the coil... Their coil is lower grade, i.e. lower max temperature, after i replace the coil, no more metal taste.... :p- snooke_master
