    ANY SS can rust in high humidity. There's nothing you can do about that unless you coat it with something or keep it full of juice. In Florida, it doesn't matter what grade (and I've tested SS 303, 304, 316, 316L, 404, 416) it rusts in humidity. Don't keep your stuff in the garage or porch:P.
