Could it be that the internal parts of Springomizer are not well placed inside its housing? When I assembled one of my Springomizers (it came disassembled), I had to play a little with the internal parts to fit them properly into the housing. Just guessing :) -

No, it is just that I did the same that mrZoSo did: on the Tilemahos v1 AFC, you just need to remove whole v1 rebuildable part and install the springomizer (no need to swap housing). We were thinking that maybe the same applies to the Tilemahos v1 No AFC, in this case, you only need to swap...
