Perhaps 10 Watts is too low, I'm vaping my Tilemahos (springomizer) with a zirconium spring, with a resistance of 0.56 ohms @ 20.8 Watts (that actually are 23.27 Watts. Doing the calculations according to the displayed data at the mod's screen (P=V^2/R)). It produces a warm vape (not hot). -

I think it could be a contact problem, so the spring is not heating properly. My advice is: Disassemble the Tilemahos, clean all the parts and assemble it again, tightening very well the components of the positive pin, that will ensure a good positive and negative contact on the rebuildable... -
