    I smoked 10 to 15 Marlboro short ultra light per day and 12mgs isn't enough, but 18 seems just right for now. I've only been doing this about 3 weeks and still have 1-5 cigs a day. Trying to get down to one and none. Try a couple and see what is best for you. Good luck. :)
