    I have 2 MVP2s. Both get great battery life, and both only charge to 4.1v. I have never checked either one immediately after charging, though. I always seem to get to about puff 30 before I remember to look. I would not worry about not seeing 4.2v.

    If the seller weighed the package himself and printed out the postage (using Stamps.com, a rented postage meter, etc.) and gets the weight or size wrong, the Post Office will correct it when they weigh or measure it. I would contact the seller for a store credit or something...

    I pour as much as I can into the bottle. Then, I hold the graduated cylinder under some hot water in the sink for a bit to make the liquid stuck to the side runny. After that, I do something like this for a few minutes while I do something else.
