    The most important rule is that : do not disturb anyone with your (fantastic) vaping. I always aks my friends if I disturb them indoor? If not, then vape on and don't be shy :) I prefer vaping outdoor so that it can fly away in the air. But in my room it is very 'foggy' now :D
