    510 question from newbie; should LED blink?

    My 510 manual batts have a cutoff. With an atty on, if you hold the button down 10-15 seconds the battery will shut off (New vaper...had to try various cleaning methods/screw with shtuff :D). I just tested a battery straight off the charger but without an atty and after 15-20 seconds it blinks...
