The USPS had a bad day!! Tracking number issues!!
If you get a old tracking number, Please check the info at Stamps.com - Track and Confirm Your US Postage Delivery The USPS is recycling used tracking numbers.... Not all packages are affected.- Bigbuyer

The USPS had a bad day!! Tracking number issues!!
After shipping out Ithakas and parts today we found that the USPS had recycled some of the tracking numbers and they were showing delivered. We will be redoing these and they will go out in tomorrow's mail. Please understand that this is not a COV issue, but a US Post Office issue. We are glad...- Bigbuyer
