    I just had an email exchange with Phil Busardo - we're #1 on the list so he's anxious to shoot a review asap. We're going to send him a production model since it will represent exactly what all purchasers will receive. He already has a couple of prototypes and he'll probably demo those too...

    The Futura does indeed, and that's why only button top batteries will work. And, guys and gals, please don't attempt to defeat this purpose since we don't warranty against reverse battery damage. Yeah, you know what I mean... :)

We had to redo a couple of things that didn't meet our quality expectations, hence the delay. But we're sooooo close...

    Yes, I agree. Let's not degenerate into a "which device is better" coffee klatch. I just wanted to set the record straight on the DNA 20, not bash any other mfgr. or system. Plus, who wants to antagonize Provari owners? I'd like them all to become customers. :)

    The stainless finish is a paint color. Hard to turn aluminum into actual brushed stainless... :) But the caps are nice and shiny!
