    Just so you all know. I read in another thread that a gentleman had called Corbett's office regarding the bill a while back and was told SB882 would be amended to simply limit e-cigs to adults. Sooooo.....in theory, if we are being told the truth....this should be the final verbage of the bill...

    I received e-mail notification regarding the amendment to California SB 882 as submitted 4/5/10 with the following link. If I'm reading it correctly it is now no longer a ban but rather is simply intended to impose penalties on those selling to minors. (as it should be) Here's the link...

    Now that's a good question! As I understand it we have to be an 'approved supplier' v.s. a 'registered supplier' in order to have our own subforum. The waiting list is approximately a year as I was told and honestly I haven't even gotten on it yet. I will have to make that a priority however...
