    In my experience, that is what usually happens with USPS tracking. Last update is somewhere in the US before going through the border. A two week wait is about right too.

    It is most likely the cartomizer, on other brands the pin on the carto sticks out a little bit less. You can wiggle the pin out a little bit, but be careful to pull it out completely. It should work after that.

    Jugheads has a bunch of stuff in their mod squad section, including 2mm fibrewick. I think they recently added a bunch of stuff, including cotton wick, which is supposed to be really good, but it will burn if you let it dry out. edit: they even have bamboo wick, i wonder how that stuff works.
