Does anyone reliable make DNA20 box mods.

That does look like a better enclosure..I think I would flip it and use the bottom for the top of the mod.

I think i have seen otterbox phone cases at radio shack, and best buy. I'm not sure about just a box. Maybe BassPro shop has something on hand. I have some magnetic door switches we use for refrigerated trucks and trailers. but its a normally closed circuit, opens the circuit when the door...

I agree with the epoxy as well. And I was thinking the same thing with the charger, just open the door and charge. The magnetic switch is a great idea....now just to find one that will work

    Delsy-DNA20D

Wow!! I'm really liking your work. What 510 connectors are you using? And where do you get the black fire switch? I have been driving myself crazy trying to find a good looking fire switch.

That is pretty cool, like I said you buy the stuff and I'll build it for you the way you want it. I just don't want to except any liability for anything. I haven't been modding for long but electronics and putting things together is what I do for a living. I have been around ECF for quite...

Does anyone reliable make DNA20 box mods.

If you can find all of the materials, I will put it together for you. You may be better off using a couple of flat lithium polymer batteries and getting the evolv usb charging port. I'm not sure what to use for the 510 connector though. the ones I have are sealed but not around the outside...

Anyone know what the evic threads sizes are...?

Hmm, Its hard to say. I do know that GGTS and Provari bottom caps are both 21mm x 1. I asked to see if you were able to thread one onto the other. First try to find out how many thread per mm you have, then use a caliper to find the inside diameter.

Anyone know what the evic threads sizes are...?

Most likely 21mm X 1 , Do you have a ProVari? or GG?

    Is this an Odysseus base?

Yes, that does appear to be a GGTS/ Ody adapter. Get a hold of Justin or Bruce, they will exchange it for you.

    DNA20D Tube Mod

That could work, I had the teflon so close in size. The cold was enough to shrink the aluminum to not let it fit. So just a slight change in the diameter of the tube should stop it from going anywhere.

    DNA20D Tube Mod

When I got the tube, I measured that then turned the teflon down to match. so it would slide in nice and snug, then I put the set screws through the side to act as stops, so it won't go down any further. The threads on a Provari are 21mm X 1

Yeah that's right Imeo ..you can get all the mechanical dimensions from evolv's site. Its in the PDF data file. And fright ...it is a little long. The bottom tube is about 10mm longer than the engraved tube, the top tube is about 80mm. Haven't put anything on top of the screen yet. I found...

    DNA20 Ground question???

Ground worked on tube mod....I grounded the wire that is for the negative side of Atty to body of tube, positive to Atty (as usual). Ran only the positive wire to battery, left negative pin out alone/open. Mod works great!!! Thought I would let everyone know.
