    yes the twist has a 510 connection. i have a 650mah and a 1000mah, and depending on wat volts your vaping at and wat hardware your using, id say you could most likely get away with the 650mah all day. if not all day then atleast while your at work. i work 8am to 430pm i usually bring my 650...
