    checking ohms question

I usually check the ohms before adding the cotton. It can be checked at anytime really. If it's built correctly the readings should stay pretty consistant. The only time my ohms jump around alot is when I'm using SS mesh. I'm using a vamo to check my ohms, so I would suspect a multimeter would...

    The Real Us

This is after a gig on 6th St in Austin. I ran into this guy and attempted to swindle him out of his bounty. He wasn't having any of that. Please ignore the non-Reo device in my left hand, that was before I had achieved vaping enlightenment. Maybe a Reo/RM2 can be photoshopped in it's place.

    Rba

I've been using cotton, but I have one juice that's seems to gunk it up with a quickness and not giving the flavor I wanted. I then did a silica wick and the flavor improved but I love the conveinience and ease of use with cotton. I remembered several people mentioning laying the micro coil in...

Getting ready to order a Reo Mini 2.1 - advice/reassurance needed

This really is the best option. I'm a week old Reo owner and couldn't be happier with the RM2. So much so that I've ordered another. Prior to the reo I was using using an IGO-L. After learning about micro coils and the spectacular vape they provided, a Reo with a RM2 was a no brainer.

A brief moment of glory . . . before certain obsolescence

I've been following all the threads that show the development of these modifications, really cool stuff! It lends a real "open source" vibe to the REO. And it's also really cool that the creator of the device also pays close attention to these forums and makes plans to implement many of these...

Question from a potential REO user

I'm a new Reo owner and I've found it to be very convenient with multiple bottles and the RM2. Sometimes, depending on the flavor I'm switching to, I won't even change out the cotton wick, but most of the time I do. I use a micro coils that sits in a bed of cotton, very easy to change out...

    Hardware Help

I would look into the REOs. They are a box mod, have plenty of horsepower and come in several sizes. Even the REO Grand is pretty compact, about as tall as a pack of smokes but not as wide. Of course with and atomizer or RBA on top it's a bit smaller. There is a smaller one called the Mini that...

RM2 and Smoktech 510 - what is the vaping difference?

After I started building micro coils on my RBA's I couldn't go back to my protanks or other tank systems. The quality of the vape just wasn't the same. I wanted the same vape without the inconvenience of having to drip. I rebuilt two of my protanks with micro coils hoping that would do it.....no...

    Reo mini bottles

Right now I have 2 flavors I switch back and forth from. Boba's and El Kamino. All I do is swap out bottles and rewick the RM2. I've not rinsed the tube yet and while there may be some carry over on the flavor, it's minimal. But I suppose those two flavors are somewhat similar already. I also...

    Did you quit smoking ??

I've completely quit...every in a while I'll take a drag off the girlfriends cig....and I wonder why I ever did it. That said, I've turned vaping into a full time hobby. I wrap my own coils, have mods stacking up and absolutely love the juices I use. I'm still a noob in regards to...

    New member to Reoville

Welcome!! I'm a REO noob myself, I've not even had mine a week and my other mods are already gathering dust. For me, there is a bit of a learning curve with a mech mod, but totally worth it. After I started dripping, prior to the REO, I realized that I had to drop my nic level. I went down to...

    My first real micro coil.

I will definitely give this a try. I've done something similar with an igo-l and got a pretty good vape. It'll also be way easier to rewick that way. Will report back:)

    My first real micro coil.

Before yesterday afternoon all I had available to wrap coils was 32 guage kanthal. It worked pretty well, but I had a hell of a time with microcoils. I started twisting it and using the smallest drill bit I had and made what I thought was a micro coil, but I'm fairly certain it was a mini coil...

    Reo incoming!....and I has a couple questions.

Yes, this is exactly how it's been working. A woodvil and brass RM2? Oh man, yer killin me! I don't actually have a Nissan GTR. The GTR in my nick is actually supposed to be for the word guitar, just disemvoweled. And I do have guitars, probably too many, but I'm not willing to part with...

    Reo incoming!....and I has a couple questions.

Yeah, they say to have backups for your backups. Thing is, this thing is a tank and I doubt it'll need a backup. It's simplicity is awesome and in the event that something goes wrong with it, I feel pretty confident that I could fix it myself. I don't baby my stuff, but I don't abuse it either...
