Is my normal 24mg juice going to be too strong in a rebuildable?

I started with 24 mg and am still there, even with a 0.5Ω RBA. I can get a hit or two and be good for 10-15 minutes before I subconsciously reach for another. I get a lot more work done. With a 2.0Ω carto, I can't put the mod down. So no, you don't have to cut back on the nic content… if you...

Should we be allowed to vape anywhere?

The Feds have historically left "where" up to the states, and in some cases the states have left it up to counties or cities. Where you're allowed to legally vape will vary widely depending on where you are. Some live in the People's Republic of California, where the next step, at least in...

The FDA and their buddies in BP have been after supplements for years. They want to be the sole source.

    carto with replaceable atomizers

ΣΟΦΙΑ repairable atomizer for tank Can also be used as a dripping atomizer with juice flow control closed and without tank. The Sophia Rebuildable Atomizer by Leo **Discussion & Tips** Edit to add: it is 45 mm long, which works well with a 35 mm carto tank, allowing you to push the atomizer...

19.5mm Diameter Brushed Stainless RBA - ideally pressure-based?

I don't know if this perspective is helpful for you or not, but you have to look close to see my 19 mm IBTanked carto tanks aren't the same diameter as my 20 mm Super-T Simplicity. Part of that is due to IBT's very thin stainless steel tank end caps on a stainless steel mod, and the fact what's...

There doesn't seem to be a lot of love for the 808

I think it is 808. You can find more about it in the Vapor4Life vendor forum here. I guess it isn't all that expensive in light of a $300-$600/month cigar habit (why I switched to pipes and tobacco by the pounds).

There doesn't seem to be a lot of love for the 808

I didn't duplicate the cigar/pipe experience until I got my first mechanical REO Grand with a Reomizer 2.0 RDA using 0.5 - 0.8Ω cotton-wicked micro coils with 50/50 24 mg/ml. That was about three weeks into vaping. I've since kept forgetting about the stash in my coolidor. This is pretty...

    Flying with my Reo Question

This is worth repeating. You're not dead in the water if the juice feed clogs. It's also worth carrying one of these in your pocket change as an RM2 coil backup. I prefer to add a carto condom on the 510 connector side as well.

Looking into a dripping atomizer any suggestions

Good, dedicated (and disposable) atomizers, such as the Joyetech 510, Empire Mods, or Cisco-spec or HH357, are IMO much better than most RDAs for flavor. You're dripping a very few drops of fresh liquid directly down onto either a bridge above the the coil which feeds it, or better yet, onto the...

    nitecore intellicharger blows up!

I'll just say this... if you depend on a charger to keep you off tobacco, have a backup, and a backup for the backup. At least one of them should've been used for a couple of months on 120VAC, verified to charge off the 12 volt outlet in your vehicle for power outages, and then disconnected from...

    nitecore intellicharger blows up!

First three questions an IT guy asks: 1. Is it plugged in? 2. Are you sure? 3. Do other things work when plugged into that outlet? :)

    What would use less power....

Honestly, I've never really thought about it. It seems to me that even with a regulated mod that only output 5 volts, you'd be able to dial in "too much" power with either resistance carto. From a Vapeaggedon standpoint, 1.8-2.0Ω works with everything from a 510 cigalike to either a regulated or...

    What would use less power....

If the regulated mod is set at 6 volts and you have a 3 ohm coil, the current through the coil is 2 amps, and you have 12 watts. But where does that 6 volts come from when the battery voltage is only 4 volts? The boost circuit draws 2 amps x 6/4 (plus the loss in the boost circuit itself), which...

    What would use less power....

Rounded off, they're both 8 watts. The drain on the battery will be the same. That's the principle of the conservation of energy. One has to remember with a regulated mod, the actual current drawn from the battery is at least coil current times the result of coil voltage divided by battery...

Film on Windows Worse than analogs!

My truck runs the AC compressor automatically on defrost... as long as it's above 50ºF outside. I think most late model vehicles do that. Yes, they will. My truck's over 12 years old though and vaping 50/50 still does it.

Film on Windows Worse than analogs!

I do get more film on my truck windows with 50/50 than I did with cigars or pipes, and they fog worse. The huge difference is the paper towels are still white now when I clean the windows... instead of dark brown tar.

Vaporizer users segregated with smokers at FedEx Field - Violation of Americans with Disabilities Act?

Nah… just another wannabe victim vaper. There was some old gal on here not long ago who's employer was MAKING her stand with the smokers, and violating her right to be smoke free.
