    You go girl! I find it very satisfying to refill my cartos too. I've found that the condom method works well for bone dry blank carts, and then let them sit 15-20 minutes. Then, just before I use them, I pop the top and drip 2-6 drops slowly (making sure each one absorbs into the filler)...
