    clone or no clone

I contemplated this exact dilemma before I ordered my Kayfun V4 clones by Tobeco. The reason I went with the clone is because I wanted to make darn sure I would get great performance from it before I dropped the money for the authentic. Now, if China clones the Reo, I won't bother because I...

    Best RBA for sub ohm?

FWIW I just got my Tobecco Kayfun V4 clone in the mail today, and so far it has been a winner. Much more vapor than it's predecessor. The only issue I have with it is that the flavor is muted compared to my Reo(s). Right now it is set up with 26 ga. Kanthal, 8 wraps, came out to .75 ohms...

Recommended ECF vendors for PG/VG pharma grade?

I've been using Essential Depot VG and PG since I started DIY, and I have had ZERO issues with the quality of their product.

New Sub Ohm Reo Grand cuts it in Sub Ohm Vaping

Just for conversation sake I'll throw in my :2c: The real world voltage drop on both of my Grands is on average .22 volts. The voltage drop on my Mini 2.0 is roughly .35 volts. All three are modded with brass shims around the hot spring (I know, that makes the hot spring a moot point) and...

Backwoods Brew 3 out of 4 yuck

I have to agree about the Casa, and Malty toffee. Orchard Frost is one of my favorites though. I have at least 120 ml on hand at all times. Don't let the three you don't like bias your opinion about all of Backwoods juices though. I really like BWB's backo, honey flue nut, root beer, green...

    Classified Suggestions & Questions

A suggestion in regards to the clone/counterfeit rule. Couldn't there be a sub in the main classified section for the "counterfeit" items? That way those that want to offload those items would have a place to do so, and not be in violation of forum rules. Just an idea.

    Affordable bottom fed RDA?

The A7 and A7 mini will fit, but be aware of the floating center pin. It will short out and melt your hot spring if not set up correctly. I know from experience. A quick fix it to cut a piece off a carto condom, and wedge it between the center pin and inside walls of the base. Making sure...

    rsst tank short?

Do not buy a new one. It sounds like someone was trying to make a bit of cash off you. A reduction in performance could have been caused by something as simple as being knocked over. I would take everything apart like steved suggested, look for worn insulators (replace anything that looks...

    iTaste MVP v2 Owners Group

Has anyone seen a taller beauty ring for the MVP? My wife uses 801 cartos, and thus needs an adapter, that coupled with the height of the 801 base leaves her setup looking rather stupid. I've done some looking, but coming up with nothing. Tell me that doesn't look dumb.

    provari vs full mech pv

For a newbie, I would suggest the Provari. It was my first mod, and I still own it. It doesn't get much use now that I have a rotation of Reos, but a good carto tank on top of a Provari is a pretty solid setup.

    Hello from Michigan

I think Muskegon gets a bad wrap, but really I can think of worse places to live. Living by the lake has its pluses and misuses. During winter three words are the bane of my existence - LAKE EFFECT SNOW. But in the summer, best place to live ever.

    Hello from Michigan

All these posts from Michiganders and not one from the west side...until now! Coming at you from the "mistake by the lake." In all seriousness, it's really cool that there are so many of us here. To the OP, as a Reo owner myself I can tell you that it won't be your last. I have three...

    Newbie needs advice

I would go for the MVP. I bought one for my wife and she loves it. The non-replaceable battery is one of the reasons she likes it. A full charge lasts her for at least two days.

    NicVape- anyone use them?

I took advantage of their Valentine's Day sale. Bought 6 bottles of juice, tasted five of them, all tasted very medicine-y with a chemical-y exhale. All of them tasted very similar even though they were different flavors. The one very dim bright spot was the Cherry Blackberry. Had it not...
