    Digging around my disorganized collection of "stuff" I found my pin vise set. The largest bit mics. at 1.64 mm, I'll try that and use 30ga. Kanthal. The bit does fit down in the slot and mics. a tiny bit larger than the 1/16" bit. Thanks.
