Yep. But do let it cure, I let mine go about 12 hours overnight to let it get 'set' pretty well. Also when it's cured there will probably not be any vinegar-y odor anymore. Anyway I have rinsed mine in warm water when they needed it without any problem. Shouldn't take a great gob of sealer, just...- dodari

] I did the same as Glen did, but yeah the condom slipped off. Sooooo, I just used a little dab of silicon sealer near the side of the P-Tank tip, slipped the condom over it, and let it sit over night and it works great. Got it working on 3 PTs. doing just fine for a week and a half now. Just...- dodari

Well I've been doing evods for 4+ months and Protanks for 2 mos. or so, they're ok. Yesterday I got 2 T3s's in the mail around 4PM and loaded the first one up with ejuice, right at 3ml. after prewetting the wick and coil pretty good.
