Went ahead and used the 510-510 adapter on the Old Goat, seems to work and pass juice ok. 1st coil/wick try I used 6/5 32ga. around 16ga needle with cotton wick. Got 2.3 Ohm, higher than I wanted but works ok. A bit cool, still warmish. Slow draw and get big plumes, fair TH, fair flavor... -

I agree exactly. Had the experience about 2 years ago, and I was new to e-cigs, of having a Prodigy or whatever it was. Put 2 of the 16340 blue non-descript batts in to get up to about 7 volts. Went ok for a few days then one day it got hot, very hot, it fried. Thank god it was vented. Never... -

Oooooweee, I'm glad I asked! Thank y'all for replying and clarifying which model(s) are VV. I was looking at the Reo Grand(the one not VV) and would have really screwed up. Thank you all. I like the black/red one on the first page of the VVs but the price is a bit more than I thought having...
