    The mega cartos (all that I have bought) come with a plug instead of a cap, so the condom fill will not work for them. However, the opening is larger than a std 510 carto, so they are easy to fill from the bottle. Just leave the plug in and drip away until it wont absorb any more juice...

    Yes. The tanks for type 'A' are different from type 'B' The battery end is the same size bit the type 'A' is tapered and has a smaller tank.
