Hydrogen peroxide leaves a residue when dried. I personally wouldn't vape it without boiling it if it was treated with it. Yes it's sterile and can be used on a wound but not for ingestion.
Put some ISO on a piece of paper towel that is ripped in half to create two pieces and these will give you the perfect amount of grip to get them apart.
