I've tried that blend and like it but it ain't for the faint of heart! The HHV crowd won't dig it for sure. I actually like the Fire Cured Burley as a stand alone better than the blend. Don't know where Clay found that tobacco but I'm looking for it. -

I love Latakia rich blends but straight up it is very intense and very smokey! As much as I want "in your face" flavors, Latakia is so much so that it is enjoyable only for short durations. If you haven't tried it unblended, be prepared for a jolt! -

I remember that recommendation and I'm glad to have been of help. One of the requirements for me to become satisfied with home extracting was finding a Southern Gentleman replacement. It's not real close but an extraction of Milan Tobacconists Sultan's Blend has filled that spot. -
