    Dear Fellow Fuse Modders,

For some reason, in my new Reo Grand my voltage drop is 0.86V with the fuse installed. My other one is about 0.36V. What could be causing this?

    .010 or .012...?

My 0.010 has a slight bend as well. I'm gonna go with the 0.012 based on your advice. I like a nice, firm throw anyway. Also, it should technically give slightly less voltage drop than 0.010, and it should be harder to melt a button. All this stress when the new kits will be here in two weeks...

    .010 or .012...?

Yes, I'm using 0.010 in my current Reo. It is cut to size. I realize my first post was a bit ambiguous. My second Reo will be here tomorrow, and I want some opinions before installing the pin to avoid having to remove the delrin insert an excessive number of times and stripping the aluminum...

    .010 or .012...?

For a new brass firing pin. If USPS is accurate (which it usually is), the new guy will be here tomorrow. I'll post pics once he's all modded up and running. I'm currently using 0.010. I like it, but I know some people use 0.012 and I want to know why. I'm assuming it has to do with...

    Drip Cup Flooding. Why?

As in the juice isn't getting sucked back down? Too much cotton can affect your juice flow. If your cotton is blocking the squonk hole or the path it would take to get back down into the bottle, coming up could be no problem but going back down could prove difficult. If this isn't the case, a...

Picture of regular cyclone with fusion dt?

So there is a good amount of space between the top of the atty and the inside of the fusion tip? I plan on getting a cyclone, but this makes the decision to actually pull the trigger much more difficult.

Picture of regular cyclone with fusion dt?

Is there any functionality purpose or is it solely aesthetic? Didn't realize it until now, but the Cyclone looks kind of goofy with that obnoxious o-ring slot left empty. My main concern is where I can get one of those silver button toppers. :D

I gotta try this out. Wal-Mart kills you with an $8 shipping charge. I just grabbed a roll from Knitting-warehouse dot com for $4.88 total. Can't wait.

Wicking tips for rm2 : having little trouble

If you think your air hole is too big, you can make an AFC ring out of copper. All you need is a piece of 3/4" copper piping. It cost me about 29¢ at the hardware store. Just drill holes into it (1/16", 3/32", etc) a few millimeters apart, then cut out about an 1/8" portion so you can fit it...

Wicking tips for rm2 : having little trouble

It is not dangerous for them to not be the same - they will simply heat up at different rates and your vape will be inconsistent. As far as building them, obviously they will not be 100% identical. Nothing on this planet ever is. But try to make them as similar as possible; use the same wire...

Any info on a different firing pin ..... Having some issues

Make sure to check your battery limits. In the scenario you just provided, the coils are getting hotter with the 3.7V battery and the 0.8Ω coil; more amps = hotter coils. The primary issue with safety comes from using - or rather, not using - your batteries within their amperage limits...

Wicking tips for rm2 : having little trouble

So each coil is 1.3Ω? Sounds about right. OP, considering your other thread about batteries and such, if you want to try dual coils, I would recommend this build over mine. The picture I posted above uses 26G Kanthal and comes in around 2.5Ω. Using my build on your Reo may cause complications...
