    Quad Coil on RM2

Edited the post above; I accidentally typed 5/64" before.

    Quad Coil on RM2

Quick update: The holes on the cap I was using with this build are drilled to 5/32". I would recommend around 1/8". 5/32" is a bit cool for my tastes.

    Quad Coil on RM2

Since day one, brother. I have a total of seven caps, all drilled differently. Some have four holes, some have two, but none have just one. I believe the cap I'm using with this is 5/64" per hole. Might be 7/64". I'll check when I get home.

    Quad Coil on RM2

Madman here with another gnarly (not to mention very simple) build for the sub-ohmers of Reoville. Quad Coil (Dual/Parallel) for RM2 28G Kanthal A-1 3/32" ID Total 4 x 6 wraps (1.12Ω per 1/2 coil) or 2 x 6 "double wraps" (0.56Ω per full coil) This is the method I used to wrap - two strands...

With great ohmage comes great responsi — I mean air holes! Great air holes.

    The Opportunity Finally Came

Nope! My most recent purchase. Don't worry, not even a scratch. It is a Reo, after all.

    The Opportunity Finally Came

Let me start by saying that I have been waiting for months for the appropriate time to do this. Here's a short story for the Reoville Press: I was at my local vape shop today, vaping a proprietary apple pie blend and performing voltage drop tests on my and the employees' mods. As usual, my Reo...

... me to an introductory course on DIY juice making. This hobby has become more expensive than cigarettes, but, unlike with cigarettes, there's an easy fix. Thanks in advance. It is time.

Fantastic. I didn't read the thread, sorry.

Dos Problemos since installing SO Kit

Tighten the nipple until you think it's about to break. As for the dry hits, 1/16 is too small of an ID for a 0.5ohm coil. Your wick isn't holding enough juice per how quickly your coil is heating. Move up a few sizes.

    No Contact with Cyclone

That I am. I have a slab of walnut reserved but he's going to be showing me two alternative options that are new to this run. I'll have first pick between the three. As far as the response to my "Ugly Coil" thread, I'm glad to hear that others are moving progressively forward with their Reo...

    No Contact with Cyclone

I've always loved my RM2's. The Cyclone was nice for a change. Needless to say, I'm using my RM2's again, and have no complaints. I never have, really. My drip tip did get super hot with the Cyclone, which was frustrating. My favorite things about the Cyclone were the ease of squonking with dual...

    No Contact with Cyclone

Here's a new development: I just realized when I plug it into my ohm-reader it's way off. So, a new question, could this possibly be an issue other than the contact? I know that a bad contact will throw the ohm-reader off, but I'd like other people's input. It's a 0.22Ω build. I know because...

    No Contact with Cyclone

Nothing personal, Chowder. I like to do things myself so I have the know-how for the future. Precautionary measures, that's all. I was using a clamp, but not a good one. One of those hold-this-while-the-glue-dries clamps. I'll go get a new one tomorrow.

I could not get that screw to budge. Not a bit. I couldn't bang it out with a hammer at all either. This is pissing me off.

    No Contact with Cyclone

No damage to the gasket. I have a couple spares, but I didn't see a need to replace the one that's already in there. I'm gonna go buy a *small* hammer. Updates to come.

    No Contact with Cyclone

That's a stock picture; mine's BF. I took a hammer and piece of rubber (to avoid damage) to the positive pin and it wouldn't budge that way either. I found a temporary fix by pushing the 510 connection in the Grand up as high as it can go before screwing in the atty, which has worked fine. I...

    No Contact with Cyclone

My Cyclone suddenly stopped working. When I took apart the mod to check the problem, I realized the 510 connection was lacking just that; a connection. There is minimal contact, and therein lies the problem. How does one bring down the contact on a Cyclone? It looks simple enough, but I when I...

Sounds reasonable. Unfortunately, I don't own an IGO-L, and the 100pc pack of 2x4mm screws I bought yesterday was under $5.00. I'm quite satisfied, especially since they ought to work with my RM2's as well.
