Baltimore, MD - Indoor Use Ban & retail placement

Sent, finally! (Busy week) Hi fellow Marylanders. :) Love this state, love Baltimore, actually, despite all. And I sure don't want to be huddling outside with the smokers - this isn't a lot of response, please tell others?

FDA CASAA FDA Call to Action #2!

Easy Peasy, done. Thank you, CASAA.

    FDA Game changer? - "Relax ... it's a ___ NJOY!" (NJOY to make a non-cigAlike/advanced system with a tank?)

That's the difficulty. None of us are probably referring to more than 10 or twenty people, if that, and there are a lot of variables - age, socio-ec status, subculture... this is all pretty flimsy either way, IMHO.

FDA how long can vendors sell their product if the regulation is passed?

They are approved for ingestion, not inhalation. Not sure, but I think that's the snag there? And I've followed all of these threads pretty closely, and still find myself just saying, "I so hope this isn't going to happen, and I don't know." I can only sway with whatever seems the most...

    FDA Game changer? - "Relax ... it's a ___ NJOY!" (NJOY to make a non-cigAlike/advanced system with a tank?)

Afterwards we can pick the cartos apart and send HD closeups to darling Katya, and argue about whether they're all burnt to .... or just gunky. :) :) :) (End of nostalgic OT, sorry.)

    FDA Game changer? - "Relax ... it's a ___ NJOY!" (NJOY to make a non-cigAlike/advanced system with a tank?)

(Just an aside. A simple ECF search on the cunning 'Roger Lafayette' quickly confirms our suspicion that he has carefully constructed a history and a false identity designed to lead us to believe that he is, in fact, a Vaper. From cleverly constructed early comments in which he impersonates a...

Trying to make it really easy for people to do something positive...

Found 18 e-cig vendors in Md. so far - trying to think up something for subject line that won't look like spam or get filtered out - ideas? You can find a list for your own state here: Maryland E-Cigarette Vendors (see lefthand column to change state) - no idea if it's up to date. Really easy...

    BBC: E-cigarettes "help smokers quit"

Also picked up by the Washington Post, WebMd, Newsweek, Healthline, Guardian, Business Insider, and lots more. The major news networks should be picking it up soon. That the NYT, with its absolutely odious and consistent bias against e-cigs, had to pick it up indicates the significance of...

CDC and FDA are Undermining Anti-Smoking Messages and Protecting the Cigarette Industry

It seems to me that the many, many success stories that have accumulated in here for years (I think CASAA has compiled them?) need to be effectively disseminated now, not amongst vapers, who are the chief audience for so much accurate info, but in the general public. (I mean, who reads E-Juice...

    MRSA threat....Daily Mail

Actually, for much of the time I've been vaping I've lived with a toddler and a day care teacher (daughter, granddaughter). They caught everything. I caught nothing. I was also a pt hospice worker - the nurses were always catching stuff from our vulnerable population. Not me. And previously I'd...

    FDA "I think they're crazy..."

Well, it's here, and there are reviews from people in the US, and no restrictions that I could see anywhere? I even popped it in my cart and ran it through just short of payment, seems available. Amazon.com: Nicorette QuickMist Mouthspray 1 x 150 Freshmint: Health & Personal Care 1 mg nic per.

Terrific, DC! I can send one off to every vendor in Md. - there are only about 30 or so I think. We have pending action, so it's nice timing.

    FDA Game changer? - "Relax ... it's a ___ NJOY!" (NJOY to make a non-cigAlike/advanced system with a tank?)

My heart leapt when I read that. A small, very tentative leap, but still. NJOY is capable of serious, skilled litigation - lots of experience there. They have an obvious high stake in this game. They have deep pockets. It doesn't matter if we're fond of 'em or not - if they win the battle to...

FDA Nicotine - "Derived From Tobacco" Implies Logical Absurdity

I googled Chowdhury at some point and came up with this - it's dated, though. He's well informed, don't know how to read his assertion that the industry should welcome regulation... it wasn't clear where this was going in 2011. Anyway...
