^^^ what the ModFather said. That's happened to me before, and is why I now know how to disassemble and reassemble the RM2, lol When you tighten the post back down don't squeeze it too tight. I deformed one by squeezing it to tight when I was trying to snug it up then the screw wouldn't go... -

7wraps of 27g around a 1/16" bit. R41 on the left, K A-1 on the right. The R41 was nice and tight but spread apart during some dry burning. -

stack your batteries?
I read where you posted you have a Grand and another Grand on the way, both with RM2's 1 - None, you shouldn't stack batteries in a Grand. It is a bad idea for several reasons, not the least of which is they just don't fit. Two AW IMR 18350's compress the battery spring so much it has no room... -
