Yeah, I thought it would measure higher. I didn't read the specs though. I'm (I think safely) assuming you are correct when you say it's comparable to similar gauge Kanthal. I'm gonna scratch my head for a little while, maybe get out some 27g Kanthal and do some side by side comparison...- Statistic

My Haagen Dazs MM2billion zeroes itself. I touched the Leeds together for about ten seconds then measured it again, after taking the RM2 off the VAMO.. still .7 at the posts. I does jump to .8 once every ten seconds or so then goes back to .7ohm.- Statistic

.7ohm measured (again just now) at the posts. The VAMO says it's .9ohm The 7 wrap on my Grand reads .5 / .6 at the posts and .7 on the VAMO- Statistic

Rene 41 Wire If you buy some of this stuff be aware... it is NOT easy to work with. It doesn't like to conform like Kanthal or Nichrom do, they are VERY obedient by comparison. -

I like around .6 - .7ohms for a warm dense vape, at the expense of accepting a slight sharpness in the flavor especially from a fresh 4.2v battery. With this Rene wire that bite seems mitigated. Still a nice warmth, super dense clouds and flavor is fantastic. Also..... that sharpness to the...- Statistic

Flavor seems a bit cleaner, there isn't the high temp "bite" of previous .6 and 7ohm coils I've been using. Vapor production is hands down better than an equal resistance K or N coil, and even with the denser fog the vape is cooler. These are my opinions based on my experience.. if you try it...- Statistic

Audio is way too high, will have to get a proper mic or something. Also this is the first time I've used YouTubes anti-shake treatment.. and will be the last. I hate how it makes the video look like I'm on a ship at sea, lol. Just so we're clear... I did not drink beer today then go back to... -

Nice work! As you lower resistance your coil is going to produce more vapor, I would bet the draw will feel less airy with the increase in vapor production. If not then just use it for a bit, you'll likely just get used to it :) -

Nope. Rene says it messes up her hair, and she is refusing to conform! I did it on the first one. It's such a pain trying to get this stuff to take small adjustments, too much easier to just cut the dern things off with this wire.
