    Yes, but... Don't batteries them in that charger overnight or when you're away. That charger will trickle charge even after the battery has hit 4.2V.

    The flavor is insane with the Reactor. My build is a bit more conservative than yours (.54Ω) but phenomenal. Even the unflavored has flavor!

    A "dripper" requires that you drip liquid directly onto the wick/coil. A "tank" has a tank of liquid that feeds onto the wick/coil. Any e-liquid is fine for either.

    Rm2 air hole

    A larger air hole will lend a cooler vapor temperature (a good thing if you're running very low resistance) and more vapor. If you go very big, flavor and throat hit may diminish. As a mouth-to-lunger, I keep my air holes at a reasonable diameter.

    VG won't go through 14g needle and I can't find bigger

    Vegetable glycerin will pass through a 14 gauge needle, it just passes slowly. To measure large amounts, I either remove the needle and suck straight into the syringe or put my finger over the bottom (without needle) and fill the syringe (without plunger) from above.
