I run High VG too and don't have a problem squonking. It might be that your feed tube is sucked down to the bottom of the bottle. Try cutting a very small v in the bottom of the tube or cut it on an angle so it can't create a vaccumn. I'll bet that's what the problem is. Mine did the same. -

Organic Cotton - horrible experience, help!
I think you might be using to much cotton. Less is better. You just want enough to pull through easily but still filling the coil. Cotton expands when it gets soaked up so you may be choking the coil. Especially on the one you wrapped as tight as you could. :blink: I'll bet that was a real nasty...- Leslv

Learned something new today
I know what you mean about the chips, I used to take cases of small chip bags up the mountain to the ski area when they would run low. It would scare the crap out of me when they would sometimes start popping open. Makes a BIG bag, thought I had a tire blowout the first time it happened. -

Hubby & I took a break today, headed up to the mountains for a picnic. At about 8,000 ft. the poor bottle in my REO just couldn't take it any more. The pressure was just to much and juice came up the tube filled the drip cup and ran down the side of the mod. Took me a minute to figure out what... -
