    what did you use for your build? any pics? screws tightened? show a pic of your build and i'm sure someone will either give you a thumbs up just from looking at it if its right. if you didn't blow a spring then your probably still safe on the build and you need to just redo your steps.

    What were you prescribed? When I tried using chewing tobacco to quit smoking it gave me serious heartburn, i'm guessing the nicotine is a factor by way of how were getting our nic.
