While I agree with your logic it could be argued that the issue here is not whether or not it's appropriate to vape in a restaurant (it isn't unless specifically allowed and not if it bothers the other patrons) but that obnoxious dolts paint vapers in a bad light which makes it that much harder...
Okay...after slicing one of my fingers opening the durn thing, ruining one of the o-rings, and dropping one of the screws (it is Friday the 13th isn't it?:) ) I made a decent little 1 ohm micro (1/16 drill bit and cotton wick, 28 awg Kanthal with nine wraps).
It's a nice vape...same as last...
Saw that on Vapor Joe's. I bought mine from here: https://vaporbank.com/shop/index.php?p=product&id=1529
They are, of course, out of stock.
I threw a 1.1 ohm micro-coil in it and it vaped okay but I had a couple issues with it. For one it was dang hard to take apart. I mean...really hard...
I'm partial to stainless steel but I've recently picked up some brass ones from Drip Tip Designz that I really like. They're a little pricey but they have some pretty unique ones.
It's too bad someone can't come out with a consistent quality budget mech. I've had my Magneto for two months, gets daily use, and is the best performing mech out of my collection (except for my Reos of course) even outperforming my Zenesis. Button works perfectly every time and the threading...
Yes, you can. I have multiple times. I recommend sealing it very, very securely. Double trash bags or some such in an airtight container. The luggage bay is often unpressurized (at least less so than the main cabin) and you don't want that popping open in your suitcase.
You may want to...
Yeah...that's tough to answer. In a nutshell...other than looks and build quality...the biggest variable is voltage drop. A mech with very little voltage drop will provide more voltage over time to the atty than one with a high voltage drop. This lets you vape longer before needing to change...
No worries.:) Most folks oblivious to mechs are also oblivious to RBAs...just wanted to make sure I covered all the bases just in case.
As for the difference between budget mechs? As long as they're working as designed there really isn't a big difference. Some folks have had issues with...
Mechs are popular for a few reasons.
The first is simplicity and ruggedness. They're easy to use and can handle abuse and are likely to outlast other mods with electronics.
Another reason is aesthetics...A lot of people like how they look (especially the higher end models) and buy them for...
Holy wah...tell me about it. I gave up trying to keep the fingerprints off. But my vaping buddy was admiring it today and he said that even with all the fingerprints...it still looked pretty frikkin' cool...lol.
Yup...my RM2s never leak. Might get a little moisture around the gasket but I tend to oversquonk anyway. My Cyclone will get some juice buildup when I oversquonk but strangely it never leaks...and it doesn't have an o-ring (it does, however, fit the drip well very nicely).
Wow...so like "My poor poodle has poofy hair" is going to get me a life time ban...
...crap...
Doh! I am so screwed...
Doh!
Great news about the cotton, Tim. I can only taste it on the first few vapes (unless I use too much).
Welcome, ntensity! Nice video.
Yes, this is the end game (at least for me). Wish I'd started out with the Reo (but I can't say the journey wasn't fun anyway).
I think it means that ones that are uploaded as an attachment directly to ECF aren't showing up. Ones that are displayed via a hosted photo service (such as photobucket) are working fine.
I've always had issues with posting photos via ECF's internal system. Photobucket works so much better...
lol...I think you could also get away with calling it forest green.
It's very pretty...kind of a dark green but in the sunlight it looks really, really good. My pictures don't do it justice.
