    Your Occupation?

Self employed owner of a small printing and graphic design shop. I do a lot of work for penguin group, if you're ever in a book store and you see those cards hanging from the shelf, mostly young kids to teenage material, I printed that. yesterday I joined the REOS FAMILY

Welcome and glad you finally decided to join the family. I still like to browse for other mods but can never bring myself to pull the trigger. Why get this "mod" when I can get a reo? Seems my mod collection is gettin more and more right angles.

Wow I didn't know that, I saw them all the time when I went to school in the bronx, there must be a huge amount of underground reo users in the ghetto.

How often do you change coils and/or wicks?

I vape until something tastes funky, it really depends on the juice and ohms I'm vaping at. gunkier juices usually require a wick change pretty quickly, 2-3 days, but the lighter juices can get upwards of a week. I use cotton exclusively. Longest I'll usually go on a coil is a couple weeks...

What do you guys use to wrap your coils?

regular old drill bit for me, not a fan of the needles as the luer lock plastic bit doesn't let me get a good enough grip. I slide the kanthal in the last bit of channel on the bit, put my thumb over it and start wrapping.

Another new Reo to add to the collection.

nice, as the navy seals say "two is one, one is none." I use this to justify all my reo purchases.

    RM2 flooding?

only time this has happened to me was when I over tightened the bottle cap and the o-ring inside buckled up. It would let air in, which compromised the suction flow back down and would leave the juice in the cup.

    REO mod, mis firing?

I have been going lower and lower in ohms, some flavors are better, some worse. I am liking the warmth of the sub ohm vape in this colder weather. I have been using .4 to.8 coils and they do require a bit more maintenance. Once you give the firing pin a good filing and noalox it does not build...

    So I'ma get those batteries...

yups, I got 2 of those charges, both work great, and those batteries are top notch. Picked up a bunch of em a couple weeks ago for some .3 dualies, they never even got a lil bit warm, awesome 24amp limit.

Welcome, if I was that close I'd just pitch a tent at the end of the drive and have it delivered there. So it's probably best i'm not that close.

I always lock them when in travel but when they're at my desk I leave them unlocked. More of a habit than anything else.

I need advice on how to store PG and VG

I store my nic base in 120 ml glass amber bottles, this way I can take one at a time when needed. I recommend buying your base in vg, as most flavorings come in pg, it makes your calculations much easier, especially for higher vg proportioned mixes.

    Flat top batteries with Reos?

I use the panny pd's and ch's and aw 650 1600's and they all worked fine. Got some small sparking every now and then with the pannys but a dab of noalox solved that. For anything above .8 I like the pannys, anything below I use the aw's.

all 3 of my reo's are grands. easier on parts and care, even though I often forget which reo i just filed and noaloxed, so I end up doing them all over again.
