1lb of tar avoided, 2 years clean today

$9,500 not spent on tobacco awesome man, that's insane! I just hit the $1,000 'saved', I can't imagine how good you must feel! @oldbroad How much muscle have you put on since your wallet became $113,844 heavier?

Finally got some 28 gauge kanthal, and wow!

Hah yeah one of my friends constantly goes on about how my Reo is literally the perfect vape and is exactly what he wants. I told him about Reo's site and everything but what I may end up doing is selling him mine so he can save some cash and pick up a new toy for myself. First I think I'll...

Finally got some 28 gauge kanthal, and wow!

I loved 28g Kanthal after starting with 30g. But then I tried 26g Nichrome and haven't looked back, such a delicious vape. I'm saving the 28g though, a few of my friends that I got into vaping are constantly asking me how my setups taste so much better than theirs and it'll be time soon enough...

"The Holy Grail" of the Mod World certainly appears to be ....The " Reo " Products

I haven't had the slightest interest in any other mod since I got my Mini 2.1. The only things that even briefly caught my eye have been the performance fuse mod ideas being thrown around and the DNA20 Reo Grand that just blew me away in how professionally it was created. What's worse is...

My rather simple ADV - DM2

Hm I'll have to try that out with all my flavors just to get a better grasp on what they taste like by themselves. Thanks and please share any findings :) Oh and @John, I made a small 3ml batch the other day and have been steeping it since. I'll give it a try today and see what it came...

My rather simple ADV - DM2

The Bavarian Creame does peak through at the current ratio, though I wouldn't say it's the dominant flavor. I'd have to say as is, the caramel and DRY4 are what I notice the most. I'll try tweaking it a bit with a little test batch and see if I can get it to really shine for you.

My rather simple ADV - DM2

So I've only been mixing a few weeks now and haven't really had to make many batches as I pretty much always make 60 ml at a time and vape away. While making a few smaller mixes for friends, I threw together an extremely simple recepie I thought I'd share: All TFA flavorings: 4% Bavarian...

Do you always meter your coils?

The only time I check my resistance at this point is if I'm trying something new and just want to be sure before I vape. I tried one of those Xobedrivers earlier and it metered out at 0.4 ohms, a little lower than I was expecting. Applied a little Noalox to make sure arcing wouldn't melt the...

    Dna20d REO VV

I remember checking your thread back in it's early stages, turbo. I was impressed with your ingenuity in some of your early builds and am blown away by what you've accomplished with the Reo. Even if VV isn't necessarily my thing, your Reo is absolutely beautiful in both aesthetics and...

RWhy4 - My new all day vape!

My thoughts: Very good vape, although much sweeter than I anticipated. I might have expected a little too much out of the Double RY4 in regards to the tobacco flavor. I can't really taste any tobacco whatsoever, but the caramel and cream are both very good together (do I detect vanilla as...

    Peachy Glee

Ok so after 8 runs through the UC, an extended warm water bath, and a few hours of cooling down: Cinnamon is the strongest flavor, but midway through a puff and the peach starts to come through and ease up the spice. I want to say it reminds me of Wawa peach tea almost, but it's subtly...

    Peachy Glee

Made this as my 2nd DIY after having a fantastic Peach sample from a Co-Op bonus gift. Steeping now in the ultrasonic cleaner, can't wait to try it. It smelled delicious as I mixed everything though!

RWhy4 - My new all day vape!

Just whipped up 60 ml of this as my first DIY! Giving it 8 - 8 minute long hot water ultrasonic baths with shakes in between sessions before I give it a try. Hopefully I made enough :)

    A pdib mod :>p

Thanks dhomes and Malkuth. I always seem to ignore the most obvious answers, I'll give that a shot now. And thanks for the warning for the current, I''m not sure what the range of this Fluke 87, but I certainly don't want to find out the hard way haha

    A pdib mod :>p

That half baked formula wasn't right. To find the voltage drop of just the mod itself, besides measuring it with a multimeter, we need the current but to get that, I have a feeling we still need the multimeter.

    A pdib mod :>p

I just realized there's an current setting on my multimeter.... Blah I'll do a fresh test tomorrow.

    A pdib mod :>p

Hm, so how are people calculating the vdrop of the mod itself versus the mod with an atty on it?

    A pdib mod :>p

Hm time to shake off the cobwebs then using the shimless data. Knowns: Vi = 4.12v Vf = 3.06v DeltaV = -1.06v Resistance of coil (R1) = 0.5 ohms Unknowns: Resistance of the mod (R2) = ??? Current = ??? Equations: Ohms Law: I = E/R Resistance in series: R = R1 + R2 ... + Rn Ok so we...

    A pdib mod :>p

Trying to do the math now, been a few years since I took Phys111 but I'll try and work it out.

    A pdib mod :>p

Great now the universe is broken. Edit: Wait did you forget the distributive property? 4.14 - (.4+3.84) = -0.1 So what's the right way to measure vdrop then? Unless of course you really are gaining .1v lol
