Well our Thanksgiving was wonderful. But it sure was a lot of work for one fast meal. All the company went home this afternoon so have the house back to almost normal. Now I am going to go snuggle up on the couch and relax! Have a great evening everyone! -

Well I will be smoking two 15# turkey and also doing ham. Gonna have quite the crowd again this year. We usually deep fry our turkey but gonna use the new smoker this year. Scott wish you were closer and could join us. Hopefully you won't be alone???? -

Would you share your brisket recipe? Just got a new smoker and am doing turkey in it for Thanksgiving. But don't like the rubbery skin smoking it has so going to transfer into the oven at 425 degrees for last amount of time to hopefully crispen up the skin. -

Hmmm not sure on the wrinkle finish. Mine is the anodized and it sticks great. You could email them and ask that. It is a pretty good tight fit so I really don't see why it would not work. -

Well Thanksgiving is my big holiday. The one I love the most. I have a very large home and huge kitchen dining area. Will have 30 people here this year. Between all the kids, grandkids, Aunts, Uncles etc. It is a lot of work but I love it! -
