    Some muiltimeters will zero themselves out if they are digital and you hold the pos and neg leads together for a few seconds

    That is correct, minus the internal resistance to get correct readings, however like it was said above an Ohm-meter is a great purchase, and it definitely doubles as a build stand too :toast:

    I built a dual 10 wrap on a 3/32 and it metered out at .28 if I remember correctly, so I will concur with Pdib, your meter is false

    24g Nichrome gets crazy low and in a hurry when making duals, make sure you got some 30amp batteries ready or atleast en route with your wire. Enjoy it though and get ready for the heat

    for 24g, I found something a hair bigger than 1/16, 24 gets so hot that you can outrun the cotton pretty fast when it is concentrated in that small(diameter) of an area

    Nice Boss Mod you got there, those are pretty sweet, you should get a Double cross to match it. Dual 24g 10 wraps metered out to .35-.38 when I had them on my rig. It doesnt take long to heat up either, now the cooling down afterwards that is a different story

    Managed to run a micro with no wick what so ever for a good little bit the other night when I was swapping my cotton. It was a rather different vape all together, big big clouds, but flavor was lacking and not harsh at all

    Blind squonks for this guy as well, if you think the wick is bad bring it in this afternoon, if you can or this weekend I will be at the shop all week. It's possible that you dry fired the wick into two pieces also
