Cotton is cheap, homie. $6 bucks for god knows how many wicks, I have only made a slit in the paper wrapper and taken little pinches off and still end up throwing some away. The superX rolled cotton is going to last forever. I'm sure something will get spilled on it before I run out
Before you proceed, you should stop and figure out what exactly you have there. A quad coil would be dividing it by half twice for example, dual .8 ohm coils would net you .4, now do a quad of same setup you are running a .2 ohm setup. Please do us all a favor and figure out what you are using...
hmmm, that is the same as my ADV. The only way I like it now
I do anything from 1.6 - 2mm just depends on the gauge of wire, anything really big like 26-28 I do on a 2mm drill bit, 30 and up on a 1.6mm drill bit r a small finishing nail I have that is a hair under 1.5mm
Dual 30 gauge, with 8-10 wraps will net you 1 ohm setup, make sure you are using a drill bit or something similiar to make your coils. 32 is going to be hard to get a lot of wraps in there without being higher resistance. Good luck
Today's creation(well, last night actually)
26 gauge, 9 wraps, 1.5mm ID, SuperX cotton wick, I figure around .4-.5ohm, didnt actually check it. I know shame on me
You know it, I would say that 30 -32 gauge is like a little T3/T4 on an old DSM, where as 26-28 is like a good T60 on a Supra, it may take a second longer but when it goes hold on to your .... hole
My 30 Gauge is pretty instant, I was just getting some lag with the 27 gauge. I redid it last night with some 9 wrap of 26 gauge, It has minimal lag. It is starting to sound like a car forum in here
