It depends on the coil but I think the 2mm wicks the best, or atleast holds enough juice to not give you a dry hit, not that a dry heat is nasty as other wicks. I can chain vape on 2mm or 1.5mm but not on the 1mm. I was using the 1mm with a micro coil so that could of had something to do with it

Micro Coils to increase Vapor, flavor & TH

I was just looking on the Reo webpage, I was always under the impression they had wires, so now I really want one. I looked on the blem page hoping to see a mini 2.1, that way I dont have to get new batteries. I'll wait for some different colors to come back out and get me one and a ReoMizer...

Now I am looking for a REO, then I can micro coil and go on about m business instead of refilling my dripper every 3 rips, lol

Looks tasty, what did you use for wick? Nextel or ekowool? There is a lot of it in there, I guess I need some 26 and 28 so I can use bigger wicks

I heard those have bad battery rattle. Is it in width of the battery or length ?

MNKE or not, a multimeter can cost less than one of your batteries you run. Its a safety precaution and a necessary one if you build your own coils.

I have come to the conclusion with bigger wire that makes sense to me, big wire is like a bigger turbo on an engine, it may take longer to get up to speed but when it does hold on to your azz bc it's moving

please tell me you are using a Multi-meter before you fire up a new coil. If you dont what it is resistance wise you should be firing your mod with it.

zen 2 cinis question - nasty burnt taste

Ditch those pre-rolled wicks they are too small, they dont keep up with high ohm setups. If you dont have any other mesh take 2 and roll one on top of the other, then re-coil and make sure you are on the mesh zero gap and it should be a lot better. good luck

    Built my first micro-coil today

1/16 is the same as 1.6mm, on the one I made using the drill bit and the 1.5mm ekowool, I actually had to squish the coil sideways a little to make it tighter on the wick. That 1mm was making the coil not so happy

Help a nood with ss mesh wicks

where was the SS that much and for how big of a piece

    Built my first micro-coil today

lol, it's all good, my pics suck compared to some on here, I used a 1/16 drill bit and then put it on the Igo-l and slid the ekowool through and then fired the coils red and gently pushed them together. They are completely touching all the way across

I only like SS in gennys, drippers get Ekowool. I have used it in a dripper it was good just not AS good as the ekowool. I only lightly torched where my coil is going to be at and nowhere else
