Anyone try the new Kanger T3 yet?

You're welcome! I've never tried bamboo, so I can't really say how it would affect the set up, but if it worked for the vivi, I don't see why it wouldn't work here. I left the kanger on my ego all night: no leaking. My wick was a little bulky on one side (see picture) and I made some slots on...

    Kanger T3 Rebuild/Cotton Mod

The Kanger T3 is rebuildable! I posted this on the T3 review thread, but I thought it might deserve a thread of its own in the modding forum, as I am sure many other have already done wonders with their T3, and can improve on this! (I hope I'm not breaking any rule by double posting this...

Just for reference, here is the T3's head next to a Vivi Nova's:

Anyone try the new Kanger T3 yet?

I rebuilt the coil of my Kanger T3 today, and put a cotton wick in. It's a little more finicky than the vivi nova, but perfectly doable, and I'm sure it gets easier with experience—the head is actually exactly the same size as that of the vivi. Here are some pictures: The parts, once taken...

    Question about 50/50 mixes

Sorry for the very general/vague response, but, yes, in my experience, the TH can vary widely independently of the PG/VG mix and nicotine dosage. Probably has to do with flavor, as well with other additives (e.g., alcohol) depending on vendors. For instance, I found RawrVapor juices to have a...

    Best Mechanical Mod

The bolt, in my book, is very good for the price (as a basic 3.7v mech mod that is). It looks/works great with the 5ml J-tank and low resistance Boge cartos (see pBusardo!). with the extension, you can also easily upgrade it with the addition of a Kick. Also IMO it feels really great in the hand...

Kanger T3 vs Vivi Nova Mini

I love(d) the vivi novas. Especially the fact that they are easily rebuildable. I would rebuild them using short cotton wicks, and be very happy with the vape. That being said, I now vape more and more on the T3: the flavor is, IMO, much cleaner than with the vivi, and it doesn't burn your lips...

    Vaping after we're dead

I don't know! I am thinking that it may become something more than a fad. Smoking has been an important part of many cultures, be it Hookah, or cigar, or whatever. Maybe vaping is the form it will take in the future. And based on what we know so far in terms of health-related consequences, IMO...

These are strong words. Could you substantiate that?

    Vaping after we're dead

I hear you. I've been vaping for two months, and I've been spending a lot of money on mods, cartos/clearos/atomizers, and juices. However, I think I've now found the right devices and juices, so I will not be spending as much as I did in this exploratory phase, And where I live (NY), a pack...

    Vaping after we're dead

And BTW, also from Wikipedia: "However, in a few situations, smoking has been observed to apparently be of therapeutic value. These are often referred to as "Smoker’s Paradoxes".[79] Although in most cases the actual mechanism is understood only poorly or not at all, it is generally believed...

    Vaping after we're dead

Thanks Kristin. I concur, 100%. But I'm still interested in hearing diverging opinions, as I believe this is an important subject, that can potentially show some different opinions/backgrounds/ethical stances within the vaping community.

    Vaping after we're dead

I believe Hookah is a good metaphor: with ecig, you also get a wide range of etc. The difference being that ecig is actually much healthier. Wich is why I'm thinking—sorry if I'm redundant here— that vaping has a future, not only as a harm reduction alternative for smokers, but as a legit...

    Vaping after we're dead

Could you develop on that point? I would be interested in learning about these dangers (no sarcasm here, I'm genuinely interested).

    Vaping after we're dead

I guess I wanted to find a response to the obvious argument, that will no doubt come into the coming debate around ecig regulation etc.: "it's okay as a therapeutic tool to help people quit smoking, but we have to protect the kids", etc. I know that, personally, vaping has helped me kick out a...

    Vaping after we're dead

Thanks for all your answers. I guess my question is what do we want vaping to be when it becomes regulated (and it will happen): should it be only a quit-smoking alternative, in which case we can expect it to become something that would require a prescription, etc. OR could it become a legit...

    Vaping after we're dead

Ok: sorry for the drama in the thread title. My question is: What about vaping as a practice on the long term? What about non-smokers taking on vaping? My point is: vaping is fairly recent, and for now there is a consensus that it is a great thereat-reduction alternative to smoking (BTW, if you...
