    I used 320 throughout. Get the pro grade 3m sandpaper as it last much longer. Some gradually go up but Ive had good success at 320 grit and Ive stripped a few now. Hit it with some mothers polish for final touch.

    It started off as blue provari, then I stripped the paint off. The concave areas remained painted, So never painted it. I have a pic of a red one that I stripped as well in this thread somewhere.

    I would suggest going one size bigger screw from hardware store and gently try to rethread it. Just make sure you are going with the correct threads, just a bigger size.

    I think he meant that chimmy base is too tall.. You have to use a shorter one for the v2 for the nano... For example, I used a chimmy base from fasttech's russian clone.
