Lotus, I am using both the shortie KR Zeus battery & the longer 2 hole Nebula/NHALER KR batteries with NO hot carts. After refilling the poly 3 times & heavy vaping the mouthpiece may get a little warm but it's nothing to talk about. I need to take the mouthpiece off to refill the cartridge...- Peaches

Both myself & my friend Flowersoul have the Zeus working great with the Greenworld cartomizer which ONLY has two holes. Please ask Adam of VO to recount the holes on the black Zeus. Peaches- Peaches
